2021 New Style Clairfying Agent For PP Storage Box - Transparent Masterbatch BT-805/ 820 – BGT Detail:
Detailed introduction:
BT-805/820: PP resin containing 5% or 10% Clarifying Agent of 3rd generation, same function as BT-9805.
BT-805/ 820 is suitable for incomplete crystal resin of PP & LLDPE etc. It may enhance the products’ transparency and surface fineness, tensile strength, rigidity, heat distortion temperature and size stability, reduce the shaping cycle.
It is mainly applied in the modification of PP plastic-injection products and the manufacture of PP, LLDPE high light transmittance thin film, e.g. food, cosmetics packing material, medical container etc.

What is Nucleating Agent?
| Nucleating Agent is a kind of agent which is suitable for incomplete crystallized plastics such as PP and PE. By changing the crystallization behavior of resin and accelerate the crystallization rate, can achieve the purpose of shortening the molding cycle, increasing transparent surface gloss, rigidity, thermal deformation temperature, tensile strength and impact resistance of finished products. |
