PET-TW03 is developed with the nano-fiber, whose purity quotient is up to 99.8%, its particle diameter is 20-50nm and the length is 500-1500nm.This product is a kind of high added value and high performance nano nucleating agent which can improve the crystalline and nuclear property of polyester (PET, PBT).

It could appears significant high-performance in crystalline and nuclear function when adding it into polymer melt, since the symmetrical and micromesh nano-fibrous srystal structure will be formed. What is Nucleating Agent?

Nucleating Agent is a kind of additive which is suitable for incomplete crystallized plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene. By changing the crystallization behavior of resin and accelerate the crystallization rate, can achieve the purpose of shortening the molding cycle, increasing clarity surface gloss, rigidity, thermal deformation temperature, tensile strength and impact resistance of finished products.
