Manufactur standard PE Clarify Agent - Clarifying Agent BT-9803 – BGT Detail:
BT-9803 is an improved quality of Chloro-DBS Clarifying Agent with high performance and without viscosity during processing.
Product advantages:
- Can reduces haze and enhances the clarity of polypropylene.
- Can increase heat resistance, so that PP products can be used in microwave oven.
- Can improve the surface smoothness of the finished products.
- Can enhanced stiffness of the molded part and shorter cycle time during the molding process.

BT-9803 is high effective Clarifying Agent for polypropylene homopolymer，random copolymer. It could be blended directly with PP material in application or make transparent masterbatch before using. It can gives high transparency, increase heat resistance and improves mechanical properties,. The notified chemical will be applied in thin wall injection moulding, film sheet extrusion, blow moulding and rotational moulding.
Leading injection molding markets, there are many products can be produced, including housewares, storage cases, living hinge cases, thin-wall containers and disposable syringes and clarified polypropylene blow molded bottles for pharmaceuticals, spices, juices, sauces, vitamins, and baby bottles.
