Manufactur standard PE Clarify Agent - Clarifying Agent BT-9805 – BGT Detail:
Clarifying Agent BT-9805 is a high performance sorbitol based of third generation (DMDBS) and can reduces haze and enhances the clarity of polypropylene through nucleation of the polymer. This also leads to increase the heat resistance, enhance stiffness of the molded part and to shorter cycle time during the molding process. It is odorless and ideal for food contact applications. This kind of products of such structural formula has been approved by FDA allowable using in food contacts in the world market.

Clarifying Agent BT-9805 can be used in the production of Mask material, it can:
- Enhance the clarity of PP.
- Enhance the brightness of PP melt-blown fabric.
- Enhance the toughness, impact resistance of PP melt-blown fabric.
- Improve the melt index to meet the requirements of melt-blown fabric.
Using BT-9805, users can direct adding to PP material for producing finished products, PP transparent masterbatch and clarified PP. There are many products can be produced including housewares, storage cases, living hinge cases, thin-wall containers and disposable syringes and clarified polypropylene blow molded bottles for pharmaceuticals, spices, juices, sauces, vitamins, and baby bottles etc..
