BT-300 is a liquid for removing any color of PP and PE materials with no temperature needed. It was tested based on the printing ink on woven bags both at home and abroad. It can fast and effectively clean the superficial printing ink and other smudge causing environmental pollution on the surface of recycle PP and PE products and return the clean and white color of material.
Advantages:
- No contents of hazardous material such as phosphorus and nitrite etc.
- No need to give temperature for saving energy with low processing cost.
- It is good for mass production for its fast clean, as it only need 0.5~1hour.
- It can be applied universally both for whole bag or crashed pieces.
- No much more equipment needed.
- It is designed with no hazardous materials and the waste water has no pollution.
